Delivery & Shipping Policy
Order processing (dispatch) time:
The time frame for your order delivery is divided into two parts as below:
Order verification, tailoring, quality check, and packaging. All orders are sent to our warehouse for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. The warehouse then processes the orders, which could take any time between 2 to 7 business days. During the holiday season, processing times may take up more time. You will get an email with your tracking code right after this processing/dispatch time is complete. Please note that once you receive your tracking code it may take up to 48 hours for your code to get updated on the tracking system. You can track your order here.
This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination.
- USA, UK, Canada, Europe, Australia, New Zealand, UAE, KSA, Bahrain, Oman, Qatar, Singapore, Malaysia orders usually take about 28 business days max (4 weeks after processing time).
- All other countries, the orders would take a maximum of 40 business days (5 to 6 weeks after processing time). Please do also note that you can track your shipment here. If for some reason more time has passed than the above mentioned, please email us at email@example.com with your order details to review the status of your order.
A shipment tracking code will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped from our warehouse.
All standard shipping comes with tracking unless otherwise stated. In the event that this complimentary traceable form of postage is not available for your country, we will proceed with the order, using non-traceable postage.
If you would like a speedy delivery, we can ship via Fed-ex/USPS and other shipping agents, however, please email us before placing your order as we will give you a quote for the delivery charge as this will not be free.
- Although we try our best to minimize the shipping cost incurred to you, do be reminded that you will be liable for any customs duty fee incurred in your country.
Please note, for stock purposes, we currently have limited the quantities to a maximum of 10 pieces per product/item per customer. For example, if you require more than 10 pieces of a particular product/item, you will have to do that in a separate transaction.
